Mello was released on $500 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the 9 th Circuit Court-Manchester on May 5, 2016. Hall was charged with robbery and placed on a 72-hour hold for a probation/parole violation. Hall was in possession of the stolen Nike bag and cell phone. Officer Matthew O’Connor located three subjects in front of the Amory Street Domino’s several minutes after the reported robbery. Martin and his friends left shortly after he removed a Nike backpack containing Martin’s cell phone and assorted items. Martin did not allege an assault during the incident. Hall made the threats while removing items from Martin’s tent. One of the men, later identified as Marcus Hall, 31, of Manchester allegedly threatened to kill Martin if he contacted the police. Martin told police two males and one female had threatened him and forced him to exit the tent.
